Longworth, while not involved in Alfonso's sexual life, allegedly knew about and accepted Alfonso's preference for "extreme sex" with other men — including the man now accused of killing them both, according to the BBC.
Who Is Yostin Mosquera?
The man at the center of the case is Yostin Andres Mosquera, 35, a Colombian national described in court as a "pornographic performer," according to PEOPLE.

According to evidence presented in court, Mosquera visited the couple on July 8, 2024. Prosecutors claim he first attacked Longworth with a hammer to the back of the head, hiding the body under a bed.
He then allegedly engaged in a sex act with Alfonso — one that turned fatal. The chilling twist? The entire encounter was filmed. In court, jurors were shown footage allegedly capturing Mosquera stabbing Alfonso repeatedly during sex, followed by a clip of him singing and dancing afterward.

Following the killings, Mosquera is accused of going through the couple's personal belongings to steal from them. A cyclist noticed him standing beside a large suitcase and trunk. When approached, Mosquera allegedly claimed he was carrying car parts. He fled, leaving the luggage behind.
Inside the suitcases, police discovered dismembered and decapitated human remains. A luggage tag led investigators back to the West London flat, where the rest of the bodies were found.
