A Shocking Scene on James Street
The chaos unfolded around 11:20 p.m. when Clark, completely unclothed, drew the attention of local police on James Street. According to social media footage, Clark was approached by a male and female officer. The confrontation quickly escalated as Clark allegedly struck the female officer in the face and head, leaving her with minor injuries. Attempted Carjacking Escalates
The incident took a wild turn when Clark allegedly attempted to carjack a parked rideshare vehicle while the driver was still inside.
